Madonna Flow Party with 100% of the proceeds going to the War Amps Child Amputee Program

Get your weekend started with a powerful, Ashtanga-based, vinyasa yoga class to the music of Madonna (yes, THE Madonna). Music arrangement by DJ Fuzzy Mike, (aka. Mike Block).
During the 90-minutes we will play and sweat, move and groove under a disco ball.
Why War Amps? Why CHAMP?
This last January, while in Costa Rica I had the opportunity to speak and meet with Annelise, who was born without her left forearm. Her enthusiam, joy, energy and positivism about life was truly inspiring! Where most of us with all of our limbs complain about this or that, she was very grateful. We talked often about waht a postive effect the War Amp's CHAMP program has meant for her and others. Click here for more informaton on the War Amps CHAMP program.
Cost: By Donation, suggested donation $15 to $20 dollars, with 100% of the proceeds going towards the War Amps Child Amputee Program.
